15 Jan Synergy Comp Announces a +78 Net Promoter Score
Synergy Comp takes client satisfaction very seriously and seeks to create long-term relationships by delivering significant value and superior service.
Each month, Synergy Comp polls its policyholders on 1 question to determine the likelihood of referral.
The question asked is, “How likely are you to recommend Synergy Comp to a colleague?”
Policyholders respond to this single question by indicating a score from 0-10 (0 = not likely to recommend, 10 = extremely likely to recommend).
Synergy Comp tabulates response results and tracks these results on a 12-month rolling basis. We are pleased to announce that, as of 12/31/2018, Synergy Comp has a +78 Net Promoter Score!
NPS scores range from a low of -100 (everybody is a detractor) to a high of +100 (everybody is a promoter). An NPS that is positive (i.e., greater than zero) is considered good. An NPS greater than 50 is excellent.
To put this into perspective, Apple has a +89 NPS and Costo has a +79 for NPS. In comparison, Nike has a +30 NPS and Coca Cola +20 NPS.
