Synergy Comp Welcomes Dean Clifton as Vice President of Claims
Synergy Comp is proud to announce that Dean Clifton has officially joined the company as Vice President of Claims. Dean brings a wealth of insurance industry experience, leadership, and operational expertise to the role, and Synergy Comp is excited to move into the future with his leadership and skillset.
Dean is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University. He has held leadership roles across the insurance industry for more than 30 years, bringing deep focus and expertise in claims management and operations. Over the course of his career, Dean has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams, excelling in staff development and retention, and managing large-scale operations with increasing responsibility.
His career trajectory includes progression from Claims Manager to Senior Vice President, where he developed expertise in managed care, data analytics, software development, litigation, and training. Most recently, as Senior Vice President, Dean managed a national group of 125 team members, including 6 Vice Presidents across their parent companies’ 4 carriers.
