  • Actively coordinate transitional return to work

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Achieving growth goals and profit objectives
  • Manage a designated territory, responsible for new and renewal business
  • Monitor financial performance and take action to assure achievement of results
  • Regional travel required

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Three or more years of Workers’ Compensation insurance experience
  • Strong leadership skills with a forward focused vision
  • College degree required; CPCU and/or CIC desirable

Requirement:

  • Excellent computer skills, including word-processing, spreadsheets, e-mail software, and ability to learn required software specific to claim processing.

 

Job Duties:

  • Effectively manage daily administrative support duties and deadlines.
  • Actively contribute to the Claims team by processing financial transactions, data entry, claims information management, and month-end reporting.
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service over the phone and email.

Synergy Comp is growing fast and the staff really works together as a team to get everything accomplished. They offer many employees a flexible schedule and have some positions that allow employees to work from home. Management is approachable and seeks input from all employees on how to improve processes or the company as a whole. This is a very enjoyable place to work.

Cons

Since the company is growing quickly, there are constant changes to duties, positions, and personnel. You have to pay close attention, be very flexible, and be willing to think out of the box to keep up with it all. Most of us really enjoy the challenges of working for this fast growing company, but it could present a problem for an employee who prefers to stick with a regular routine each day.
