Work from home, heavy regional travel required. 3-5 years Workers’ Compensation insurance underwriting experience. Position located in Michigan.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Achieving growth and profit objectives, high productivity, and strategic objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance and take action to assure achievement of results.

Synergy Comp is growing fast and the staff really works together as a team to get everything accomplished. They offer many employees a flexible schedule and have some positions that allow employees to work from home. Management is approachable and seeks input from all employees on how to improve processes or the company as a whole. This is a very enjoyable place to work.

Cons

Since the company is growing quickly, there are constant changes to duties, positions, and personnel. You have to pay close attention, be very flexible, and be willing to think out of the box to keep up with it all. Most of us really enjoy the challenges of working for this fast growing company, but it could present a problem for an employee who prefers to stick with a regular routine each day.
