Synergy Comp is proud to announce that Bryan Bogardus has officially joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. Bryan brings a wealth of workers’ compensation experience, leadership, and industry insight to the role, and Synergy Comp is excited to move into the future with his leadership and skillset.
Bryan is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Risk Management & Insurance. He has held executive-level roles across several insurance companies throughout the United States, bringing a deep focus and expertise in workers’ compensation. Over the course of his career, Bryan has built a reputation for assembling high-performing teams, driving transformational change, and optimizing financial performance.
