WE RESOLVE CLAIMS
Our claim adjusters take immediate action when an injury occurs to get the injured worker the best medical attention so they can get back to their pre-injury state as quickly as possible.
Our adjusters handle fewer than 75 active claims so they can properly investigate claims, and if compensable, dedicate our resources to drive the claim to closure as soon as possible. We resolve 86% of claims within the first 90 days.
Our claims model assigns one dedicated adjuster to the policyholders account to handle each of their claims from start-to-finish.

We work with the injured worker, policyholder, and medical professional to identify the treatment needed so injured workers can integrate back into their position at the highest capacity possible.
We work with our Safety Professionals to identify the root cause of the injury to develop and implement changes or modifications that will prevent similar injuries from occurring in the future.
The Claims Team and Safety Professionals work with each policyholder to identify early transitional return to work positions to keep injured workers engaged which positively impacts their overall healing process. Our Transitional Return-to-Work program helps employers retain trained and valued employees.
