Meet Our New Production Underwriter
Erica DeCarmen is our new Production Underwriter and will be delivering Synergy’s hands-on approach in Pennsylvania.
Erica started her career with Synergy years ago as a Claims Manager and then Claims Team Lead. She transitioned over to Production Underwriter after a foundation of 7 years in claims management and this helped propel her success and subsequently our company growth.
Erica left to explore another opportunity in worker’s compensation, and now is returning to Synergy! She is excited to kick off 2022 with a fresh perspective and collaborate with the Synergy & SOS Team and we are looking forward to her continued growth and success.

- I have two kids, Leo (6) and Lowen (8 months).
- My favorite things are:
- Cancun vacations
- Boating with my family
- Being outdoors
